| This oilpainting entitled 'We are all young' is 50x70 cms on canvasboard. It shows one vagrant Pectoral Sandpiper with Ruff, Little Stint and 3 Dunlins. The title refers to the Shorebirds' typical habit. Juveniles migrate later than the adults so in September most of them are 1st year birds in Hungary.
I won the Birdwatch Artist of the Year prize with this painting in 2008. |

| I've found this Long-eared Owl winter roost near my home, next to the capital. The owls were roosting in quite open, posing nicely. I was able to make several sketches of them, a useful reference for this painting. It is oil on canvasboard. |

| This painting is very different from my usual style. I started this with the purpose of a more realistic style, but I really like the blue outlines, so I left them. The birds are in the Danube Delta, Romania. Oil on canvasboard. |

| A secretive bird, seldom seen. When I started the painting, I planned to include the bluish male. Then changed my mind, as the brownish female fits with the colour of the reed. It's acrylic on canvasboard. |
